After Roll Call, Board Member Ruby will read the Officers Pledge as
follows….

OFFICER PLEDGE

I accept my responsibility as an elected representative of the Adult
Performers Actors Guild, I pledge upon my honor that I will faithfully
observe the Constitution and Bylaws of this Union.

DISCUSSION—
APAG Secretary Kelly Pierce will go over past meeting minutes.

Vice President Alana Evans will address old business, with input from
the group.

When it is time for the first portion of new business addressing the
vacant chair, our Vice President will hand the chair to
Parliamentarian Jorge Reano. A vote will take place.

Once the vote is completed, the chair will return to discuss the
remaining new business.

After listed new business, the floor will be open for other discussions.

Meeting will be closed by Secretary Kelly Pierce
