Performers experience discrimination based on race all too often in our industry. In support of our BIPOC performers and members, we are working to bring an end to the discriminatory treatment of our members. If you have encountered an issue, on or offset, where you experienced discrimination or abusive treatment due to race, please complete the form below. We will work to the best of our ability to ensure fair treatment, equal pay, and a respectful working environment. Racism and other abusive behaviors on set constitute a hazardous work environment, which is reportable to the department of labor.
Not all types of racism happen on set. We are working to hold platforms responsible for their behavior, their marketing, and their treatment of all performers. Feel free to use the report form below to report these incidents and concerns as well. We will contact platforms with those concerns and work to ratify them. We are organizing performers against the unfair discrimination we receive on different social media platforms and payment processors such as Square, Paypal, Venmo, CASHAPP, Google Play, and more.
