Approval of Minutes: Kelly Pierce motioned to approve meeting minutes at 8:20 p.m. from October 7th, 2018.
Vote: Motion Carried
Resolved: Minutes from the October 7th, 2018 meeting approved without modification.

IEAU Meeting Update: At 7:26 p.m. pst Alana Evans updated absent members on the successful meeting with the IEAU board.
Brothel Workers and Legal Escorting: At 7:37 p.m. pst Alana Evans presented a question from the IEAU board, if APAG as a Union would accept legal escorts/brothel workers.
At 7:38 p.m. pst Amber Lynn expressed she feels if there is no camera, they are not talent/performers.
At 7:40 p.m. pst Ruby expressed that we as an entity cannot legally have them in the Union legal or not, especially with Sesta/Fosta being present. She felt it would surely target the Union and our members.
By 7:50 p.m. pst after a very thorough discussion, Alana Evans moved for the board to decide if they would allow legal escorts/brothel workers as APAG Union Members. It was seconded by Vice President Ruby.
Vote: with 0 yays, 7 opposed, 0 abstained
Resolved: The APAG Board will not accept legal escorts into the Union. A camera must be present to be considered a performer. APAG Union will currently only accept Porn performers, Webcam Performers, Phone Sex Operators (many utilize cam shows w/ phone), and Clip Artist Performers
APAC and Health Insurance: At 7:58 pst Alana Evans discussed her correspondence with APAC Vice President concerning their request for help with Healthcare by former IEAU board member Mr. Fleming. Ms. Evans will be reaching out to Mr. Fleming for clarification for the boards peace of mind after speaking to APAC Vice President.
New Members: At 8:04 p.m. pst Kelly Pierce informed the board of two new members that joined the board! The board is pleased to have them!
Open Discussion:
At 8:05 p.m. pst Alana Evans voiced concern over a popular female performer expressing concern over our testing loophole that is allowing performers to work when they are positive with gonorrhea/chlamydia test, even though their tests show “clean”. A discussion was had and the board will be trying to find a solution for the performers so this loophole can no longer carry on.
At 8:08 p.m. pst Alana Evans discussed the current happenings with Agencies particularly L.A. Direct. The board will be trying to find ways and solutions to prevent agencies utilizing sketchy
directors/talent. One particularly male talent who has been reported to the Union three times has utilized these agencies to trick female talent into fake scenes. The board is confused why the agencies would continue sending girls to this individual after complaints were made several times. An investigation will take place and Labor complaints may be made.
At 8:09 p.m. pst Vice President Ruby motioned to put out a statement as requested by Alana Evans to warn all talent about this particular individual via our website. Amber Lynn seconded.
