As the union for adult workers, we are often asked about different talent agencies within the industry. While many may be looking for an agent for the first time, others are looking to verify an agent’s legitimacy. It is important for performers to trust their representation. We have seen numerous unlicensed agents appear attempting to offer their services to new and established performers. In an effort to help streamline the process and keep performers safe, we have decided to provide a list of LICENSED agents within the United States. This list will be updated over time to included other licensed agencies, and to remove any agency that may have lost its license.
All agencies listed are based in the United States and currently hold a valid license in the states where they operate. To be listed here, APAG requires all agencies to maintain a current license if required in their state of operation. If you are a licensed agency and would like to be added to our list, please contact us.
Some may claim to be an agent, but without a proper license, they may only be a manager. Only an agent may book work for you, arrange casting calls, or negotiate deals. Managers are not allowed to do so. Managers are not licensed, regulated, or certified by any state organization to work with talent specifically. Most states require a background check in order to obtain a license, which is important to protect the safety of performers. If you are concerned you are working with an unlicensed agent, please contact us.
